Alright, where has this year gone? Was there a disturbance in the time space continuum I didn’t know about? I’m sure the last time I looked it was May…

But I love autumn, with all the lovely and vibrant colors. And let’s not forget the acorns falling on the tin roof of the sitting room. Nothing like the sound of dropping acorns when you’re trying to relax.

All in all, it hasn’t been a bad year. It just seems a bit short. In another couple weeks, I’ll need to get busy with my boozy fruit cakes for Thanksgiving. Making them doesn’t take much time, but the boozing up needs time to really set in.

So what about writing?

I’ve finished the last draft I’m going to edit on Whiskey Jug Genie and on Lady Calloway, so they are ready for the editor. With a little luck, Whisky Jug Genie will be out later this year. Lady Calloway I hope for next spring.
