Do you believe in ghosts?

My MC didn’t. Oh sure, she’d had “imaginary friends” when she was younger, but her parents told her they weren’t real. Of course, her Aunt Meg had talked to her “friends”, but everyone knew she was a bit…unhinged was such a cruel thing to say, but…well, you get the idea.

So if she didn’t believe in ghosts, who was she talking to?

And more importantly, who was talking back?
