Our MC can control wind and water, affecting the weather. The love of his life has hidden abilities even she isn’t aware of until much later in the story.

Not looking for an all weekend read? Moonlight and Shadows. A short story set in the high country of Wyoming, out in the sage under the full moon. A story which begins in a traffic jam and ends at a crime scene.
