My latest, LADY CALLOWAY was well received by the book club feature last week. So many questions…

I don’t know. I just write them. I don’t try to explain them. But I gave it all my best shot.

Lady Calloway’s central characters, Kerrick and Liora, face several questions of faith in this story. Their world is dominated by the church, a church where even your thoughts can convict you of heresy.

Kerrick is an agent with the church. Imagine his shock when he discovers the love of his life is a heretic. He is duty bound to report her. His heart refuses to even consider it.

Liora has to come to grips with the idea that she has been taught a heresy her entire life, knowing the rest of her village has also. What will happen to her family during the purge?

But when both she and Kerrick begin to develop psychic abilities forbidden by the church, they have no place to turn, except to each other, until a message arrives from an unforeseen ally.
